All passengers will need a ticket regardless of age or participation of activities
Reservations are required and all payments must be made in advance so we can secure your spot and send your tickets. Most major credit cards accepted.
The maximum number of seats on our pontoon boat is 6 people, including infants (this means passengers from 0 to 100 years old), not counting the captain.
All our boat tours are a weather permitting activity. Being that we are outside on the water we must always consider safety first! If your trip is cancelled due to weather related issues, we will notify you asap with a Captain cancel by email or phone. There is no fee to reschedule if we issue a Captain cancellation.
No call, no show – Forfeit your payments. If you don’t show up at departure time, your tickets will be considered a NO Show and forfeit your reservation (this includes vouchers).
In case you are running late, please call us before your scheduled time.
If you wish to reschedule your boat tour, please call us – $20.00 Rescheduling fee will be applied within 24 hours of the date you reserved.
The animals we encounter are wild and untrained. We have no animals in enclosures therefore can never guarantee wildlife sightings.
Please note that all marine mammals in the wild, including dolphins and manatees, are a protected species so it is illegal to pet, feed, or entice them per the Marine Mammal Protection Act. We are there to observe these animals in their natural habitats and to not disturb them.
While we do offer swimming year-round there are some circumstances that will
prevent us from swimming on certain days such as inclement weather like high wind speeds, dangerous wildlife, or toxic algae blooms.
If we are unable to do the swimming portion of the trip, we will try to notify you prior to departure and give you the following options to choose from:
Two-hour boat ride with no swimming
– Book another tour
– Reschedule to another day and/or time
Food and drinks are welcome aboard. Alcohol is welcome for guests 21 years old and up! We recommend using plastic or paper tableware on the boats since glass is not permitted. We have a garbage disposal in the marina for your convenience.
We reserve our rights to deny an access to the tour if the guest is intoxicated or denies to follow the safety rules. No refund should be issues in this case. We protect the rights of everyone on the tour to have a safe and pleasant environment.
By using the Services, you consent to receive emails from us, including promotional deals and information for marketing purposes, at which any time you are able to opt out or unsubscribe. These emails may include notices about applicable fees and charges, transactional information and other information concerning or related to the Services. These emails are part of your relationship with us. Dolphin Family Tours reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Terms and Conditions to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to canceling your tour, reporting any suspected unlawful activity.
